Framing the task.....consider:
Connected learning - use of PLNs for all learners
Digital citizenship - what does this look like, how is it fostered?
Collaborative learning - toolkit, pedagogy
Creativity - multimedia products, authentic assessment, aligned with standards
Essential questions:
What does a digital learning environment look like?
How is it supported? (infrastructure, policies) (professional development, shifting the mindset)
What are the teacher and student expectations while in this DLE - (to be connected learners, to be collaborators and co-creators, to be effective digital citizens......what else??)

Digital citizenship across the school or in a section of the school
A vision for connected and collaborative learning using 1:1 computing (across the school or in a section)
Embedding global collaborative projects across the school or into a grade/grade level
Introducing digital portfolios and/or blogging across the curriculum
Providing a strategy for teachers to become connected (PLN) and collaborative (cross-classroom/interdisciplinary/global)
Planning the shift in mindset at your school - 21st century learning meetings
